On Thursday June 4th at 7:17 pm our family grew by one more-
Colleen Mae Henning was born! She was 4 weeks early- but still weighed in at 8 lbs 4oz and 18" long Jamie went in to the doctor for an appointment and they found that her blood pressure was very high so they put her in the hospital to monitor for the day. That evening her pressure was still very high so they decided to take the baby early. We already knew from ultrasound that she was a good healthy size. And they were worried that Jamie was just going to get worse. So it turns out that Colleen will share a birthday with Grandpa Bob! Her big sister was as surprised as any one but wanted to take her home that night. Colleen had no health problems but the c-section meant staying for a few days We got lots of rest in the hospital and healed up well, so Sunday they let us go home!
